Good day!
So things have been a bit hectic this week, mainly because I've switched back to 4-10s at my job (I was starting to lose what was left of my sanity on 5-8s). I'm still trying to get into a routine with the new schedule so there will probably be some delays with replies and art and stuff.
And of course it looks like it's going to be pouring down rain on my day off

Summer's at a end...
...or getting close to the end, which is actually a good thing in my case.
Sorry I've been gone for so long. My day job got hit hard with cases this summer and when you work in ER medicine it tends to be all the bad stuff. Between working long shifts and dealing with the cases it's zapped all of my energy and I'd come home and cook/clean and call it a day.
Things have slowed down enough that I finally kind of remember how to breathe again. The last week I've been picking up art again, did a paint night with some friends and just did a simple landscape but that got me picking up Copics again.

Back in action
Hi everyone!
I know I've been MIA for a while now. To be honest, there's a lot going on that's been dragging me down. And in editing the next comic issue I ended up scrapping 90% of the pages and trying to rewrite it. But I was seriously stuck for the last month trying to bridge the beginning and end of the issue.
Finally said to myself enough was enough and I got my crap together, reorganized my art desk, put away my phone, brewed some tea, turned up some music, talked to my editor for a long, long time, and took time off work (well, that had been planned like, a month in advance, my sister took me to a concert XD). Thank God inspiration
Yay traveling!
Welp, went out of town for the conference. Stayed in Nevada for 6 days or so and even though the conference was amazing, it was SO exhausting. I'm glad I took another 4 days off work to recover. But learned a lot of great stuff but it's good to be home.
I thought I'd have more time to work on art but I'd get back from lectures and just sleep XD I did manage to get a few sketches done on the plane.
On a fun note, I found all of my folders and piles for every art piece I've done since my senior year of high school (over 10 years of stuff!). It was stacked in a closet at my parent's place but I went over today and spent a couple hours organ

So sorry for my lack of activity as of late. There's been a lot going on that's kept me from being on dA and producing any artwork.
Big thing was that (as some of you know), I moved into my tiny house! It's livable, although not entirely done, but I've been settling in for the past week. My new art desk was a wreck for a while and I didn't have my scanner or printer set up. It still needs some work but it's at least to a point where I can actually draw there without bumping into things or not knowing exactly where they are.
